Your meetings. Your choice.

Meetings worth making.
Matched, never random.

A secure platform that pairs the right people in short, focused video meetings. Every meeting is matched for genuine relevance — never random — so the only conversations on your schedule are ones worth having.

All three options run on the same platform.

Meetings with purpose

The right conversations, and nothing else

Senior professionals are time-poor and over-solicited, and conferences cost days away for a handful of useful exchanges. The Exchange replaces all of that with focused meetings that are matched, never random — so every one earns its place in your calendar.

AI-matched

Our AI reads every profile and surfaces the people who are genuinely worth your time, not just the loudest names.

AI-recommended attendee profile card

Matched, never random

Every meeting is matched for genuine relevance and earns its place in your calendar — never cold, never random.

Two confirmed relevance-based meeting matches

Run to time

Focused, timed sessions that open and close on time, with meeting length set to match the objectives of your exchange. No overruns, no awkward endings.

Three options, one platform

Choose an Exchange that suits you

The same engine powers three experiences: connect your own people, open the floor to vetted suppliers, or give your top clients direct access to your investment experts.

A relevance-matched peer meeting in the Exchange
Ideal for networks, partnerships and institutions Option #1 · Peer to peer

The Peer Exchange

Relevance-matched conversations with the fellow members you'd never normally meet, to compare notes, swap what's working and build relationships across your network.

  • Everyone is a participant

Members select the peers they most want to meet, and our AI completes every schedule on genuine relevance — so each meeting earns its place.

  • Connects your whole network

Conversations cut across regions and divisions, pairing members who would never normally find themselves at the same table.

Buyers choosing sponsors in the Exchange
Ideal for networks and institutions Option #2 · Buyers & suppliers

The Supplier Exchange

A curated alternative to the conference floor. Buyers choose which sponsor(s) they want to hear from, so every sponsor meeting is invited.

  • Qualified, guaranteed access

Sponsors reach a buyer cohort directly, with every meeting confirmed in advance rather than chased across a busy floor.

  • Buyers stay in control

Buyers choose exactly who they hear from, so their time goes only to the sponsors that are genuinely relevant to what they need.

Ideal for asset managers and investment firms Option #3 · Firms & top clients

The Client Exchange

Your firm's own branded exchange — exchange.yourfirm.com — where an invitation-only group of your top clients books time directly with your portfolio managers and investment specialists. Activated around your convening moments: a quarterly update, a fund launch, an investment theme.

  • Invitation-only, by design

Only the clients you pre-approve can ever book, and your experts control their own diary exposure — so every meeting is one your investment team would welcome.

  • The whole bench, not just the famous names

Rather than an invitation to meet one named PM, clients see a range of specialists across your investment team and simply select who they want to meet against a time slot — opening conversations, and cross-selling, the manual route never surfaces.

How it works

The user journey, by Exchange

Every option runs on the same platform — but each schedules the way its audience works. The platform handles the matching, scheduling and admin behind the scenes.

The Peer Exchange

  1. Profiles open to all delegates. Over a set time window, every delegate builds their profile and joins the exchange.
  2. AI suggests, you choose. Over a second set time window, the directory opens, and the AI suggests your most relevant peers. Delegates return and mark who they'd like to meet.
  3. The schedule is built and open to view. When selection closes, the algorithm creates every meeting — mutual interest first, then genuine relevance.
  4. Follow your schedule. Delegates go room to room, every meeting run to time.

The Supplier Exchange

  1. Sponsors set up first. Each sponsor company — and the individuals attending for it — is added at set-up. Sponsors are there to meet every delegate.
  2. The exchange opens to delegates, who choose exactly which sponsors they want to hear from. The schedule lands in the same sitting: meeting times over set days are allocated as delegates make their choices — they leave with their diary confirmed.
  3. Meet to time. Confirmed meetings, run to schedule.

The Client Exchange

  1. The exchange owner curates both sides — the top clients invited in, and the experts hosting the meeting rooms.
  2. A notification opens the diary. At a time of launch — a quarterly update, a fund launch — invited clients are asked in to schedule.
  3. Clients pick their times. A flexible diary, not an allocated block: each client selects the expert they want against the times that suit them.
  4. Rooms fit the meeting. One to one by default — or multiple participants where the conversation warrants it, such as an analyst team with a PM.

Everything you need to know

Everything you need to know about how the Exchange works, from matching and meetings to security and white-labelling.

What is 1:1 Exchange?

A secure, invitation-only platform that pairs the right people in short, pre-matched video meetings. Every meeting is matched for genuine relevance — never random — so the only conversations on your schedule are ones worth having.

What's the difference between the Peer, Supplier and Client Exchange?

The Peer Exchange connects the members of a network with each other, peer to peer. The Supplier Exchange is a curated alternative to the conference floor, where buyers choose which sponsor(s) they want to hear from. The Client Exchange gives a firm's invited top clients direct access to its own investment experts, on the firm's own branded exchange. All three options run on the same platform.

How does the Client Exchange work for asset managers?

The firm invites its top clients — the ones its portfolio managers would want to spend time with — and each client builds a profile once, which remains for future visits. Around each convening moment, such as a quarterly update or fund launch, the exchange activates: clients choose the themes they want to discuss, the platform presents the relevant specialists, and they select who to meet against the times that suit them — a flexible diary, not an allocated block. Rooms can also host multiple participants where the meeting warrants it, such as an analyst team meeting a portfolio manager. Every booking also tells the firm which products, themes and specialists are attracting client interest — intelligence that builds over time and can feed straight into its CRM.

How does the AI matchmaking work?

In the Peer Exchange, our AI reads every profile, surfaces the most relevant people, and — once selections close — builds every schedule on mutual interest first, then genuine relevance. In the Supplier Exchange, delegates choose the sponsors they want to hear from and receive their allocated times in the same sitting. In the Client Exchange, the platform presents the relevant experts by theme and clients choose their own times from a flexible diary — so nothing on any schedule is ever random.

Is it really fully white-label?

Yes. Every touchpoint your members see carries your brand, logo, palette and event URL, never ours. We build it, configure it to your audience and run it for you end to end, so there's no software for your team to learn.

How long are the meetings, and how are they run?

Meeting length is set to match the objectives of each exchange — short, focused sessions where volume matters, longer rooms where the conversation warrants it. Every session runs to time with an on-screen countdown, the organiser sets the maximum number of meetings per participant, and every schedule is delivered ready to download as an iCal file.

How secure and private is the platform?

Every meeting takes place in an encrypted, invitation-only room, with no dial-ins and no uninvited guests. It's built by Think Digital Group, with more than 23 years of running secure, broadcast-grade virtual events for regulated financial, insurance and professional audiences.
